- Payment Deadline: Customers must complete payment within 3 days of winning the auction.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Payment Options and Fees: We provide flexibility in payment methods with options for debit and credit cards. Payments made with debit cards are fee-free. However, a 3% processing fee will be applied to transactions made with credit cards. We appreciate your understanding and choice of payment.
Non-Payment Consequences: Failure to pay within the specified time frame may result in cancellation of the winning bid and potential suspension from future auctions.
- Pickup Hours: Pickup hours begin one hour after the store opens and end one hour before it closes.
- Pickup Deadline: Items must be picked up within 5 days of winning the auction. If other arrangements need to be made please call.
- Identification: A valid ID is required for all pickups.
- Purchase Receipt: Please ensure your purchase receipt is available for inspection.
- Loading Items: If you are picking up more than two items, kindly call us at least one hour before arrival so we can have your order ready. Please arrange for assistance to load heavy items, as our employees are not able to help load vehicles.
- Preview Hours: Preview hours begin one hour after the store opens and end one hour before it closes.
- Preview Policy: All items are tagged as “preview.” It’s highly recommended to preview items before bidding.
- No Returns: All sales are final. Previewing items helps ensure you are satisfied with the condition and specifications before.
- Bidding Increments: Minimum bid increments will be specified on each item listing.
- Winning Notification: Winners will be notified via email immediately after the auction ends.
- Auction Extensions: If a bid is placed in the last few minutes of an auction, the auction may be extended to allow for additional bids.
- Condition Disclosure: Items are sold as-is. Descriptions and conditions are provided to the best of our ability.
- Inquiries: For questions or concerns about an item, contact us before bidding.
- Shipping Availability: Coming Soon! In store pickup only.
- No Returns: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
- No Refund Policy: No Refunds.
