1. Welcome & Overview
Thank you for partnering with Cheaper By The Day for Diggin 4 $’s! Once a week, shoppers hunt for bargains, and a portion of proceeds goes directly to your organization. With your help, we turn bargain hunting into community giving. Your role? Bring the energy, volunteers, and spirit that make shoppers excited to support your cause.
2. How It Works
Day: Every Monday from 4 to 7pm.
Donation: 20% of Bin Sales
10% of AmazinDeals Sales
100% of Cash Tips
A check will be written to your Organization two weeks after your Event. Visibility: Your team gets a chance to share your mission with hundreds of shoppers and raise money for your Organization.
3. Volunteer Roles
We ask for 6 volunteers from your organization. Roles include:
(1) Greeter/Welcome shoppers at the door. Hand out info cards/flyers about your cause. Say: “Thanks for supporting [Your Organization Name]! Every dollar today makes a difference!”
(3) Bin Hype Team/Walk around cheering on shoppers. Celebrate finds. Keep energy fun and positive.
(1) Donation Table/Staff a table near checkout with info and raffle tickets (optional)
(1) Social Media Helper/Take photos and videos. Tag Cheaper By The Day and your organization on Facebook/Instagram.
Clean-Up Support (all) Stay 20 minutes after closing to help with light cleanup.
4. Your To-Do List
Recruit 6 volunteers
Provide your logo + 2–3 sentences about your mission for promotion
Bring flyers or brochures to hand out
Share your event on your social media platforms before and after
Optional: Bring a raffle basket or small prizes to boost donations
5. Store Support: CHEAPER BY THE DAY will:
Provide 6 bins of $12.97 Bins as presented on Friday
Promote your organization all week on our social media.
Provide signage and announcements in-store.
Provide Adventure Park ideas to keep your event exciting.
Track sales and donations, then present your check two weeks after the event.
6. Timeline
2 Weeks Before: Confirm your date, send logo + mission statement.
1 Week Before: Post on social media, recruit volunteers.
Event Day: Arrive 30 minutes before doors open. Bring your best energy!
After the Event: Share the results and thank supporters.
